Microwells, Micropillars and Microarrays
Edge Embossing's specialty is soft embossing of microwells, micropillars, and microarrays in plastic. If you have an existing microfabricated device, we can convert it to plastic or we can get a master structure microfabricated for you. Either way, there is no cheaper or easier way to get microwells or micropillars in plastic. Pillars and wells can be as small as 1 μm diameter and have an aspect ratio (depth:diameter) of 5:1 or more.
