Once you have a finalized device design, we can provide you with a supply of embossed plastic parts on a schedule that meets your needs. This can be a one-time order or a recurring weekly or monthly order. Manufacturing capacity depends on the complexity of your part as well as factors such as the embossing cycle time and, if applicable, the bonding cycle time.
Cost per part is determined by the labor plus the cost of plastic for each part. If you require higher part volumes or lower per-part costs than can be achieved through soft embossing, we can assist in your discussions with an injection molder for design and fabrication of a molding tool.
