Device Manifolds & Interconnects
Most microfluidic devices require a manifold or fluidic interconnects to provide fluidic access. We can engineer a manifold suitable for your application that considers specific issues such as sample dead volumes, tortuosity, and optical clarity. If you require just one manifold, we can machine it. If you require many manifolds, we can emboss them.
In addition, we can emboss fluidic interconnects (such as threaded ports that accommodate Upchruch® fittings) directly into your parts. Don't waste another minute with epoxy and syringe tips!
