Convert your silicon, glass or SU8 to plastic
We can use your existing microfabricated devices (silicon, glass, patterned SU8, et al.) as an embossing master.
This allows us to quickly reproduce most any microstructure in plastic. We can also add fluidic ports and other B-side features.
Plastic parts are much cheaper, more durable, optically clear, and can be produced in larger numbers. This is an easy way to take the next step towards large-scale injection molding of your device. It works great with silicon or glass, anisotropic etches such as KOH, isotropic processes such as HF, both RIE and DRIE, and photoresists such as SU8.
